Trying to install hp laserjet 1300 with out a disc

I have the hp lj 1300 already connected to my tower and the computer recognizes there is a new printer but when it searches (in wizard) for installation software it can't find any and I tried downloading something off of hp website and that didn't work either.... HELP

If you have the regular laser jet 1300 printer and xp 32 bit, here is your driver

There is also a 1300n and 1300xi printer. If you have either of these, you can go here and pick your printer, then OS, and then the driver
