I am deciding between 2 sets of memory for my new build. They both are DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-12 timings. One pair is from Patriot, and the other is G.Skill:

The only thing I know about the G.Skill is that it has the Micron D9 chips, which I know are a big deal, even though this set has a slightly slower version of the D9's. Which pair would be the best choice?

I own five Gigs of the G. Skill. Works above expectations in ASUS P5B-Deluxe 965. Clocks well over 800 mhz. Very overclockable RAM is one of it's strong points. The price is excellent for those DIMMS. I've heard great things about the patriot, but have never owned it.
