Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the white margin that is suddenly appearing on my printouts using a custom paper size and borderless ticked with page xpansion at max....please help!! this use to work for me and epson have been no help

have you checked the page setup?

you can also manually drag the margins out to the sides by using ctrl-a and the dragging the arrows on the ruler to the sides.
