i have windows XP professional on my PC and can,t log on any of my accounts. i keep getting a message that says" unable to log you on because of an account restriction. i was just on it 2 days ago. this PC does'nt go on line. i have no remote on this desk top. now what do i do?

Boot into safe mode and do a system restore using the administrator account.
