my dell latitude d520 want pick up wireless networks its tell me to turn on my wireless capability i dont have a switch to turn it on so how do i get it to work

Reboot. Hit F2 while it's booting to go into the BIOS. Select Wireless > Wireless Hotkey > None

Save and reboot. Your wireless will now stay on with the laptop.
