Since installation of SP3 for XP, all USB ports are inactive and don't show up in My Computer at turn-on. I have to reboot two, three and occasionally four times before they activate and detect anything. Any ideas?

in the control panel go to device manager and remove the USB portall of them and restart the computer, good luck, the problem can be the controller so good luck
