I'm not sure if thats a good ides, a search of the MS stuff says it is part of the default wallpaper changer, also check if the toyhide.bmp has the property hidden on your computer, if it is seen as a trojan, worm, A/V, whatever, it is a false positive, because it is hooked to a program
