sounds like music is in a hole. hear music but isn't working properly. and there is no longer a volume icon at the bottom rite corner of my page.i went to accessories and clicked sound and say something about drv

Check in the device manager to see if there is a conflict on your audio device.

go to Control Panel, System, Hardwawe, Device Manager and see if there are any orange triangles next to Sound
