I lost my access to properties menu & control panel due to viral attack.I was able to remove virus.Can you suggest a way to overcome my problem to get back the access to properties & control panel.

Log into safe mode as the administrator. Does that user account have access? If so, you probably need to delete your user account and create a new one with administrator rights.
