Hi!
I've got a problem with my keyboard, well, with windows actually. When win is not loaded yet, the keyboard works as it should, normally. When it's loaded already, to write any letter I have to push a button for 4s. So you realize it's really hard and annoying and it takes a lot of time.
Does anyone of you know what could be the reason for this and how to solve this?

Check the Accessibility Options in Control Panel, sounds like you have Filter Keys turned on.
