Built-in integrated web cam

when attempting to use the built in web cam I get error message "cannot capture video, the camera may alrady be in use." How do I turn on the web cam. In order to start up my computer I must activate the security by sitting directly in front of the camera. It works to start up but I am unable to use the web cam in Skype.

Turn off the security software once you get into Windows... you might want to consider disabling that particular "feature" and sticking with passwords to log in with.
