My computer vista keeps saying low battery and shutting down after, 20 min when its plugged into outlet. Just started happening last few days. toshiba laptop.

Make sure all the internal power connectors with the battery are clean. Make sure the wall outlet is active (I've seen a guy try for days to charge his laptop only to not realize that outlet to be controlled by a light switch). Check the power cable for any damage. Try charging the battery with the laptop powered completely off.
