Hi,
Listen, my sister has had my PC and has removed the existing password and has put a new one on. Sadly, she forgot the password and has never even been on the Administraor desktop.

I was woundering what to do to enter the Administrator without a passcode and set the passwords for all the Desktop users!

P.S. this is my computer and I have Windows "istya" Home Basic

The are pretty many ways to solve this problem. Just google for solve it.

In the future you can just make non administrative profile on your PC for sister.

I can not believe M$ made this is possible. So, having a password is pretty much useless.

I hope it works for you but as the list in my second link noted, there are plenty of high quality free applications that could do it just as well as the paid applications.

not when parental-control is active in the system operations. it asks for an administrator passcode to download even a simple Microsoft update.
