There is no way to "Convert" because - although they look/feel/operate the same way - the 32 and 64 bit operating systems to not share the same internals at all. You must do a clean installation.
If you like, you can over write your current install by booting to the installation DVD and selecting "Custom Install". That should put your existing data into a folder named "WINDOWS_OLD", but you will have to reinstall all of your applications.
More ideally, you would just install cleanly to a fresh drive.
