Hi, I recently noticed that there is a thin bar above my toolbar on the bottom of the screen.
It was never there before. This may be simple to fix, I just don't know how to get rid of it. Help?

Look at the toolbar on the bottom of the screen, you see the thin bar above it? That wasn't there before.
How do I remove it?

If is that I think, your tool bar isn't blocked....just click right and select block the task bar...
