Wow. To help you, we're going to need a bit more information than that.

Are there any fans running? Are you getting beeps? Did anything happen recently (storms, pc acting funny)?...how old? hardware specs?

does the power light work or do you get to the BIOS screen, do you see the XP load screen, were going to need a lot of info to really be of any help
