Maximize windows

why do all my windows come up minimize i now have to maximize every thing i do it just started doing that

When your windows come minimized clicking on the maximize button doesn't let windows remember that size. You have to take your mouse and stretch the window to the size you want, and the next time you open it up windows will remember that size. Good luck
