I'd start by setting the router back to the shipping defaults. There should be a button, possibly reset, on the back. Pressing that will take the router back to the factory settings but it will also set the Administrator Log In to what ever it was originally. If you have the install disk, reinstall the router. If you don't have the manual, go on line and find it and follow the instructions

hmm, I did a reset and it didn´t work and the setup gives me a 109 error on the last step, that´s just bad luck :)

there must be something to figure it out

Have you checked to see what the 109 error is on the mfg website?

it seems that is a connectivity error, there´s no connected network when I plug the router, what can I do?
