Please help my pc freezes at starup

My pc freezes .
somtimes in the sigin screen
sometimes a few seconds in to the desktop

only safe mode works and ive tried the repair things alredy, nothing works


please help me or at least tell me what the problem is

Safe mode requires less system drivers to be loaded. Perhaps get the latest system drivers from the system/MB online product page as well as the video driver and and any other add on cards you may have installed and install/reinstall system drivers in Safe Mode.
