Acer laptop recovery help

Hi friends
i used to reinstall my system from window recovery partition by pressing <Alt> <F10> but now it no longer works.My hidden partition is still exsist in my hard disk. Can anyone show me how to reinstall in other way.

Is the partition still full? If not, the data is gone and you'll probably have to get your hands on a Vista DVD.
