CyberDefender & PC Tools

I am trying to remove CyberDefender and Pc Tools from my pc - any advice would be appreciated

There isn't an uninstall option in the program menu? I take it that doing so through the control panel isn't working, at least in normal conditions. If that is the case, boot to safe mode and remove it via the uninstall programs in the control panel.
