Hi,
Can any one help me to decrypt a file?
The associated user which had encrypt the file has been deleted and no recovery agent is available.

Create the user again, log in with the user that encrypt the files, decrypt the files and save this without encrypt. As administrator take control of the files, and finally delete the user.

Depends on what was used for the encryption?
If it was the built-in XP-Pro file/folder encryption, the ONLY way is with the original encryption certificate.
