o Knock back suppression timer is separate from the combined
o Large matches (64 participants and above) will no longer take place in
a small office map.

powers that were based off of Tanker powers (e.g. Hurl Boulder).
o Fixed Shadow Shard Council reflection powers.

o Increased Tar Patch Recharge Time to 90 seconds.
o Added continuing f/x attached to target for Peacebringer Nova And Dwarf
powers that debuff Defense.
o Thunder Strike AoE damage will now scale up if you are buffed. Modified
the description text to make the power more clear.

Frozen Fists, Fire Sword, and Fire Sword Circle so they have a chance to
knock off toggles in PvP.

longer). Duration of fear f/x increases over level.

DATA. In honor of his greatly enhanced capabilities, Paragon City's
android hero has renamed himself "Citadel."
o Fixed rare crash bug in the database server.
o Fix for Colored UI on ATI cards.
There are two things in this, that grabbed my attention right off the
1. "mini Hamidon Buds now have a limited lifespan": Allthough they don't
say what the lifespan is, it has to be better than the dang things hiding
in the Hive and not-letting Hami re-spawn.
2. "Increased (nearly doubled) the Regeneration buff of Fast Healing.":
All I can say is.....THANK YOU!
Grumble grumble Tar Patch recharge rate...90 seconds? Gonna bite for
the people who've just been using Tar Patch as a mob slow power and
liked being able to lay down multiple patches in a line. Six
recharges plus perma-Hasten should drop that down to 19 seconds, of
course...but that's another six slots people need to find some way to
strip out of their build elsewhere. Whee.
Grumble grumble Arena Store temp powers only work in Arena...and here
they had said that they didn't have any way to make them do that.
Gonna be a lot of disappointed non-fliers in the Shadow Shard. Oh
