I have a Dell Pocket PC running the above OS with a Wireless network
card. I access the internet via a wireless Linksys router and Pocket
IE. The problem is that I can not access any sites via HTTPS such as
loging on to my banking service and webmail. The Microsoft website has
a 128 bit secure download but it is not for 2003 as it has built in
support. Is there a setting I need to enable this? Please help.
