Cooler, will it fit or not?

Hi guys,

I was thinking about putting togther Asus P5K Deluxe WiFi Intel P35 , Dominator memories and Zalman CNPS9700-LED Aero Flower . Do you think they will fit together without problems? If no what other CPU cooler would you recommend?

I think that there`ll be no problem. The fan is blowing towards the backside of the case.
