Hello,
My name is Neil and,I would like to know how to make my background wallpaper on my monitor screen smaller. Thanks.

It depends on what you mean by making it smaller. You can turn off the "stretch" option, that will shrink an image larger than your desktop resolution. You can re-size the picture you are using, you can increase your desktop resolution to sharpen the image if it looks fuzzy.
