Hello.


I have a dell dimension 3100c running win xp home.
My problem is every time I boot it up it gets half way though booting windows then says something to do with defragmentation for 1/2 seconds then carry's on fine and it all works fine. (I will add a photo )

I was wondering if there is a way to stop that?

any help would be good thanks frog.

FYI, your link doesn't work without a login.

Have you tried running a defrag to see if that'll stop the message?
