I am asked to send a copy of what's in "MSINF032" but it is not on my Vista Home Premium 64bit. The person requesting is a very experienced analyst/troubleshooter. The Web page that came up only refers to XP.
?Is that possible? He knows I have Vista.

He may not know, or may have forgotten that you have a 64 bit version. In the search box, type: msinfo and run the result with admin priveledges (right click, and select 'Run As Administrator').

You certainly should have it - it's a standard part of any recent Windows install as this article from Micrososft shows. Try typing msinfo32 into a command prompt (or the search box) and see what happens.
