monitoring programs

i recently was reading a post i think about OC'n, and some one listed about 5 programs that are used to monitor or test your system. I cant find that post to save my life, one of them was CPUZ. does anyone know what others are? thankx

Orthos
SuperPi

Diagnostic/monitoring tools:
Memtest86
Intel TAT
Core Temp
CPU-Z

thanks, those i think, sound like the ones that i seen. the post i was reading was not a new one and it was several pages long.
