My PC quick spec

P4 2.80: socket 478 Asus p4sd-vx MB
2GB RAM
120RAM hard drive
600Watt coolmaster PSU
his 1950pro ice 512MB agp 8x
-additional pci slot cooler under my vga

-----------

I overclocked it using the catalyst control center without a problem
VPU clock : 587 -> 621Mhz
Memory clock: 766 -> 796Mhz
current temp with overclocked : 44-46 Celcius.

------------------------

Should I overclock more??? If yes, what software/program is a safe,stable, and reliable overclocker for his radeon 1950pro ice gddr3 apg 8x

What's the overheating temperature??

Im not sure but if its the same as my ICEQ then it would have come factory overclocked slightly any way so you would have effectivly have overclocked it more anyway if that makes sence :P
I agree if you want to o/c anything try the cpu

It doesn't matter if you overclock the card or not, you won't see hardly any performance increase because of your CPU.

Agree with others about your CPU.
As Gary said you won't see any noticeable difference because of your CPU.
I don't know how well your CPU can be overclocked but try to reach at least 3.0GHz~3.2GHz.
Good luck and happy OC'ing! :D

Gary is right about your CPU holding you back. Aside from that 621mhz is around the limit of the GPU, and I must say awesome numbers on the memory!
