Any suggestions would be great, plus any options for shaving dollars off would be more than welcome. Im trying to future-proof this system, w/ the options for upgrading the weak video card, overclocking the cpu and such. If you think its good a simple post to let me know im doing it right would be great. Thanks for your time.

Looks pretty good from what I can see. I have no experience with the Thermaltake PSU's though. Maybe look at an FSP/Fortron Source. I've got one of those and it does well.

The 7600GT is good, but not superhuman. I would expect okay frames out of it on med-high.

I have no idea what im doing with the psu, just going by newegg rep and cheapness. The vid card im hoping will just do well with wow, and if i move to something else i can purchase another. Thanks for the input.

Psu is fine, video card is fine, it ultimately depends on your resolution.
WoW can be pretty but it's not so elaborate enough to require a hefty card.
Hell, I played on a Geforce 256... Yes, the 32mb original Geforce... granted with every setting down/off and was able to get framerates in the 20s on a Celeron 2g.

That being said, crowded in WoW is relative, Ironforge will still be a pain and performance in crowded areas have as much to do with connection/server and memory as does the video card.

Psu is more than enough, the 7600gt isn't all that hungry power wise.

Well if you have a nearby computer hardware store, check if they have the 534 for the same price or lower. Picking up the case locally saves 16$ from shipping. As for all your parts I think all are good choices. All of them basically give the bang for the buck. I know you trying to cut the cost but I recommend getting either a 7900GS or 1950pro, but i think the 7600gt can handle wow quite well.

Lol, your specs are more than enough to run WoW or other online rpgs such as Guild Wars. I use a pentium 4 2.4 ghz with geforce FX 5200 and can run it at about med settings with ease. Though when I try to run new fps games problems arise.

Thanks for all the input. So far it looks like this build would make me happy, but I think I'll switch the ram to vfighters suggestion. In regard to the overclocking, I heard that this cpu does well with just the stock hsf. Once I get more money I would look to buy a custom hsf and take the oc'ing one step further. Let me know if that's a good idea. Thanks guys.
