after i installed a version of windows xp sp3 every time i click on windows firewall
the following message appears : windows firewall settings cannot be displayed because the associated service isnt running .do u want to start the windows( ics) service ?
and after i press ok another message appears but nothing happen
this problem is so annoying coz the firewall is restricting the downloading and i found alot of things about this problem in the net but the solutions never worked
