I know very little about this, so I hope I phrase the problem correctly. I have a Linksys Wireless-G PCI Adapter Model: WMP54GS in one room on a Windows XP system which detects and connects to a Vista system with a Netgear Wireless-G Router Model: WGR614.

I live in an apartment building and I can connect to several other open networks from other residents, but I can't connect to the internet from my own router. What could be the problem?
