Windows vista administrators password removal

I treated myself to a nice birthday preasent this past Sept. and bought a new laptop. And I gave my children my old desktop. I put in an administrator password so that I could do the parental blocks and when I put in a password. It was like, four in the morning and I forgot what the password was that I put in. Is their any way to remove it without being able to log in to windows because there is only one user on the pc I hadn't put in their accounts yet..............PLEASE TELL ME THAT YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSE.
