Geforce 8800 gtx (Low 3dmark scores)

I had a x1950xtx installed in my system and it ran to spec on my system .
Last week I got a 8800gtx so i formated and reinstalled (It was time).
But ever since I installed the 8800 I dont seem to be able to even match the base scores of the 8800gtx that was tested.

3D Mark 05 : 14557

3d Mark 06 : 10587

I Know these scores are to low for the card , but can the problem olso be with my current system?
