Legality of recording from Netflix in US?

Is it legal to record from Netflix using screen capture?
It seems to me to be the same as using a vcr/dvd recorder/dvr with your cable programming.

I'd say it's not legal, but "legal" being against the law and "legal" being against Netflix policies are 2 different things. Check the web site, I'm sure they have info in their user agreements.

That is what I figured.
I think it within the law and as far as the user agreement I am not worried about that.
To me it is no different than recording off of the tv with a vcr.
As long as I am not distributing the recordings then I should be ok.
