I have a clean install of WIN XP Pro SP3. Double click Windows Explorer Icon results in no action. Explorer.exe is in the task list but no user interface. Yet if I Right click My Computer and then Explore - I get a normal user interface. Any ideas why Explore.exe would not function ?
