i cancelled the windows xp install on a new hard drive and nothing works. What can I do?

computer is stuck on bios page and keyboard and cd rom apparently do not work. I put in the correct XP disk and hit the keys neither of which work?????

But the PC have a OS installed? or the HDD don't have anything.

No I cancelled because I started to load an upgrade xp disk and got to the window that asked for a previous version. thats when i cancelled the down load to install the correct disk

Just start over with the correct disc. Delete any partition that was created the first time. Create a new partition and reinstall windows fresh.
