i installed XP on my second computer and the registration fialed,tryed by phone as computer is not going to be connected to internet.this did not work can't get out of the registration screens to unistall HELP

If you have it activated on another PC currently, you can't activate it on another without a volume license copy.

The installation will activate on the second, third or even fourth ot fifth system with no problem. It's up the user to accept any risks in doing so. Not sure you meant activation is not possible as in it won't happen.

XP activation works no differently than this demontration of activating Vista on three machines simltaneously.
