Can't get into my print shop photo pro program

When I click onto my Print Shop photo pro program, icoon comes up but then message: one or more activX controls could not be displayed because.....I've tried everything and can't find any way to fix or unblock publishers..can't even find what to do. Tried calling techs, they can't help...I need my program..

The Active X controls are DLL components that the programs need in order to run. I guess you have the Print Shop Photo Pro software disc just insert the disc and run setup - you may choose to repair the installation. If that won't work try uninstalling the program completely then restart the computer then install it back to your computer - it should work.
