Need help overclocking my 805D

I am putting together my first build i purchased a pentium 805d , a abit aw8d mobo, x1600 pro video card. Need to know what ram i should buy if i want to overclock my cpu ddr2 533,667,800speed and at budget price for a 2gb kit?

Buy a ddr667 or 800. If you are lucky you could hit 4GHz. Oh, and get a good CPU cooler. You`ll need it. AC Freezer
