I cant find the control panel in windows 7

Hello,Im running windows 7 home premium and lately i noticed that the control panel is gone,i tried to access it from the run command but nothing, and i cant open the task manager!! plzz help me

You porobably have a virus on your machine that has modified the registry preventing access.

Complete a full system scan and report back the results.

yeah me agree with DigiFixit. I had the same problem 2 years ago, when a virus attacked my pc and disabled the following:
1.Control panel
2.Taks manager
3.Regstry Editor.

and much more things i cant remember.Well i solved the problem by installing a good anti-virus software software on my pc.Tell me which Anti-virus you are using.

Thank yooou ,I scanned it but the virus couldn't be healed or removed so I installed windows again ,and it's doing great now ,thanks guys
