The epson printer I installed and didn't even work, refuses to uninstall.
..it says that uninstall was completed, but the program is still shown at the Control Panel's "Add or remove programs". My computer runs with Windows xp. My problem with Epson remaining is that it seems to have interfered and continue to interfere with a very useful fax program that was running fine. What to do, please?

It could be an add on 'extra' program that was installed along with your Epson software. Have you tried uninstalling that program from the add/remove list?
