I can not get smartweb printing icon on toolbar

to get smartweb printing icon on toolbar

1. click Tools - Internet Options - Programs - Manage add-ons
in Toobars and Extensions enable Show or Hide HP Smart Web (after that)

2. click Tools - Toolbars - Customize click on the smartweb icon and add to the Toolbar


That`s it good luck

On IE-8 TOOLS does not have a toolbar option...
also VIEW has a toolbar option but no CUSTOMIZE option ??

Please explain

Had the same problem. it worked once, but after ticking the cross to switch off couldn't turn it on again. Eventually found it's switch on position.
In EI 8 using WINDOWS XP. Click TOOLS/EXPLORER BARS/Then tick HP SMART PRINTING.
