Force files to show up in Recent Documents

Hello people,

I was wondering whether there's a way to force a certain type of file to show up in the list of recent documents. For instance, I'd like my audio files to appear there when I open them (I use foobar2000). There aren't any edit flags preventing them from being listed there, so that's not the problem. Somehow the handler doesn't register them. Any ideas how to force it to?
