I am trying to install the software for a 5510 officejet on an HP Pavillion dv 6000 with Windows XP. I have tried to install using both the CD as well as from the HP website and can't get the setup.exe file to run, regardless of whether I double click the .exe file or use the start/run command. The HP_WebRelease files saved successfully but when I click to install, it installs some files and then just stops. I disabled my antivirus. Any suggestions?
