Problem with Outlook 2007

Hello,
My outlook quickly crashes when open with an error message that the outlook.pst file as error. I've scanned it several times with Scanpst.exe and it say it's ok. I've complete reloaded Office 2007 and still the same... Any suggestions.

instead of reloading, completely un-install and then re-install or (reload).
what version of windows is this, vista or win7.?

It was XP but I downloaded a tool from the net that recovered and re-built the file. The was close I had about 6 years of business emails and contacts. Thanks for your help.

There is no need to be panic . You can easily fix PST file problem.Main cause of corruption or damage and most of these situation is faced by users due to improper shut down , virus attack , header file corruption. In order to fix PST corruption you need to repair an inbuilt tool Scanpst.exe .In short time you can repair your damaged and corrupted and access your PST file data.

Dear Mike M, I agree with jhnjohn. Whether the problem relates for a longer and if any other of our friend is receiving the same issue but th problem remains uninstall and re-install process then you have to get the Outlook 2007 Repair tool which is more powerful than scanpst.exe, the user need it because the corrupted PST file can be severely damaged due to which it creates error and error messages. Therefore it is very important to repair the corrupted PST file, which carry very important data.

When you open you outlook 2007 you receive an error message that your outlook has been crashed. The main reasons for crashes and deletion of file form an outlook 2007is virus attck , application failure , hardware failure , pst corruption and oversized PST file. Due to all these you receive an error message and not be able to open your outlook data.This is reaaly irritating situation. You need to perform an outlook 2007repair
