My computer has HUGE fonts on the icons on my desktop and on Windows explorer I've tried changing it back from control panel, from desktop, click advanced settings, size. I also adjusted the resolution Other people use my computer and I have no clue what they did What's the problem Or what haven't I tried

You might have malicious software (viruses, spyware, adware, etc) on your PC, or perhaps don't have the graphics card's driver loaded.
