I recently updated my IBM p.o.s. to windows xp SP2 ( it's so crappy it didn't even have SP2 yet.) The computer supposedly had a genuine copy of windows yet I had to hack it to get SP2 it eliminated some problems I had Before but also gave me new ones. I know that this is only a SP2 problem because prior to updating I had no problem like this whatsoever. This is the only place I envy mac users their siny boxs just work. Every time I try to open any video editing with the exception of avdub, I always get a pop up nag. This strange and suspect looking box comes up reading plugin adapter. this plugin adapter always causes errors to happen and crashes the program. If I try closing it the whole program crashes. If I let it run it gives me errors and then the program crashes It slows everything to a halt. Any help on this I much appreciated.
