Just finished new build with the following:
MoBo MSI P6N SLI PLATINUM NF650ISLI
PSU AEROCOOL|ZERODBA-S620
CPU INTEL|C2D E6600 2.4G
VGA cardXFX 7600GT 256M
Water CooL SYS|CORSAIR NAUTILUS500
RAM 1Gx2|PATRIOT 240P PDC22G8500ELK
COOLERMASTER MID TOWER|CAC-T05-UW BLK

Connected everything as usual including optical drives and two WD Harddrives (IDE). Power supply sw light on, amber MoBo light on, and case power light on, but no fans, no hard drives, no water cooling fan or pump, no case fans or chipset fan. Nothing powers up. Will be trying to reset CMOS, but does anyone have any other ideas????? Help. I want this baby up by the time I go to bed. Thanks for the help!!!

Check your mobo manual for what it means when the light is amber rather than green Suspect one of the power connectors to the mobo is securely plugged in

The problem was the connection to the power button. The colors of wires were wrong. I shorted across the pwr pins and the system started up just fine. The amber light was correct. Once I put the correct wires to the correct pins a green light lit on the board and away we go!!!
My first watercooling build...temps are 10C lower than idle on my old system. Even at full load the thing is still below 30C.
